Get more from your 2007-2012 RAM 6.7L Cummins with custom EFI Live tuning designed to improve horsepower, torque, drivability, and overall performance. 

Available for RAM 2500 through 5500 pickups and cab chassis applications, tuning can be configured with a single power level or CSP5 switchable tuning, with power levels tailored specifically for 2007-2009 and 2010-2012 trucks. Compatible 68RFE-equipped trucks can also be paired with transmission tuning to improve converter lockup, shift strategy, line pressure, and torque management. 

Tuning is deployed through an EFI Live AutoCal or FlashScan device, with licensing and device options available depending on your existing hardware.

Switchable Tuning

CSP5 Switchable Tuning allows you to select between five predetermined power levels without reflashing the truck.

How to Change Power Levels

CSP5 power levels can be selected through the EFI Live AutoCal Device or with a CSP4/CSP5 Pass Through Switch.

A physical CSP4/CSP5 Pass Through Switch is highly recommended for easier tune selection. The switch allows you to change power levels on the go without stopping the truck and waiting for it to reflash. Simply turn the rotary dial to the desired tune position while the truck is running or driving.

The switch plugs into the OBD-II port and includes a pass-through port, allowing another OBD-II device, such as a monitor, to remain connected.

Transmission Tuning

Transmission tuning is available only for 68RFE transmissions.

Custom transmission tuning can improve shift behavior, towing performance, and how the transmission responds to increased engine power.

How to Tell the Difference Between Automatic Transmissions

• 68RFE: The transmission pan looks similar to a turtle shell. The dipstick is located on the passenger side of the engine bay.
• Aisin: The transmission pan is flat and says Aisin on the side. The dipstick is located on the driver side of the engine bay.

Requirements

IMPORTANT:

• Requires an EFI Live AutoCal Device + appropriate licensing, unless you already own a compatible AutoCal or FlashScan device with the required licensing.
• A Windows-based computer is required to load and flash the tuning.
• Appropriate licensing is required for 68RFE transmission tuning.
• Transmission tuning is available only for 68RFE transmissions.
• Currently, the only aftermarket tuning modification accepted for this platform is an aftermarket turbo.
• Detailed flashing instructions are included with every tune.

EFI Live License Only – $125

Selecting the EFI Live License Only option confirms that you already own a compatible AutoCal or FlashScan device.

If you do not already have one of these devices, select the AutoCal Device + EFI Live License option.

How Does This Work?

1. Order your device, tuning package, licensing, and required parts.
2. Complete the Tune Order Form with your vehicle information and modifications.
3. Connect your EFI Live device and send us the required stock readout.
4. Our calibrators write your custom tune files, typically within 24–48 business hours after receiving all required information.
5. Transfer the tune to your AutoCal and flash the truck using the provided instructions.

Devices typically ship within 48 business hours after all required vehicle and order information has been received.

Technical support is included if assistance is needed during installation or flashing.
